This sausage-making workshop is the perfect opportunity for you and your friends to dig in and truly experience the craft of making delicious sausages - watch and learn as Jack demonstrates simple sausage making techniques before dividing into small groups where you will try your hand at making some links!
Workshop includes full sausage making instruction, recipe cards, dinner featuring three sausage-based plates, dessert, and ice cold beers.

Enjoy an evening of instruction with world-traveled butcher, Jack Matusek. (2 to 2.5 hours)
Discover a butcher’s tips and tricks from selecting the best cuts to use to seasonings and grinding techniques.
Learn to prepare, stuff, and cook sausage using a time-tested recipe.
Get hands-on experience in grinding and mixing, as well as learning the proper techniques for casing stuffing and hand tying.
Finish by sitting back and enjoying three sausage-based plates complemented with a few beers, and a sweet dessert.
