Jack is based in New Hampshire and Texas, but is available to travel for the right event.

  • A meal prepared by Jack in your home or a venue of your choosing. Whether it’s a dinner party for close friends, or a special occasion worth marking, every detail is handled with intention.

  • From rehearsal dinners to corporate events, Jack brings the same craft and hospitality to larger events that he does to every other table. Menus are built around the season, the guest list, and the story you want the meal to tell.

  • A hands-on education in the craft of whole animal butchery, sausage making, and traditional meat preparation. Suitable for home cooks, culinary professionals, and anyone curious about where their food comes from and how to handle it well. Available for private groups and events.

  • Whether you are opening a restaurant, developing a menu, or looking to improve the food program at an existing operation, Jack brings a decade of real world experience to the conversation. Available for short term and ongoing engagements.
