We're calling this a "Culinary Concert"! 

Come rub elbows with Country Rock artist Rich O'Toole and learn the fine art of sausage making with Jack Matusek! Grind, season, stuff, and cook Jalapeño Cheese Sausage to the music of Rich's soundcheck. You're sure to have worked up an appetite and will be ready to sip on Blackwater Draw beers and eat Texas-style sausage wraps with Jack and Rich before the big show! 

This mini workshop is limited to 20 people and covers all supplies and everything you need to know to whip up sausage at home. 

And don't forget to stay after the class for a Rich O'Toole unplugged show! BYOB. But save room for tacos, we've got those too!
