The main goal of the BUTCHER’S MANIFESTO movement is to preserve traditional butchery ­methods and techniques and to pass this knowledge and know-how on to future ­generations.  

I will be joining fellow butchers, chefs, and producers at the 2nd annual Butcher's Manifesto as we take our artisan movement another step forward!
