HOT DOGS STRAIGHT FROM THE WILD WEST

Jack Matusek will be bringing a little bit of the Wild West to Copenhagen's  Top Dog Charity - the unofficial hot dog world championship .  He comes to Copenhagen not only to serve you the best hot dogs with a little kick from the Wild West but also to take part in Butcher's Manifesto Summit 2017.

Jack Matusek is a 7th generation Texan, with a butcher career that evolved from his fascination of meat. From a packing-house kill floor to assisting the legendary Italian butcher Dario Cecchini, Jack is traveling through Europe to gain valuable experience from the best butchers, organic producers, and chefs in the business.
