The Man Behind the Table
Jack Matusek is a 7th generation Texan, a trained butcher and charcutier, and the kind of cook who has never taken a shortcut he didn't immediately regret. He's apprenticed with legends, worked slaughterhouses and Michelin-adjacent kitchens, and is currently raising his own registered Black Angus herd on the family ranch in South Texas.
Now mid-move to New Hampshire, he’s trading Texas soil for a New England lake cottage, and bringing every knife, technique, and hard-earned lesson with him.
